On the third floor, one can find many westerners have a sip of FCC wine, or many other liquors such as Mojito strawberry!
The By Char Fried Rice, a Cambodian classic which I had, was wonderful.
Downstair, they have a souvenir shop, selling FCC tee shirt, mugs etc.
On the first floor is a place for the dessert! They have big sellections of cakes, tarts and ice cream!
Turn on your notebook and use their wifi network!
